Senior Director

Position Overview The Senior Director - Compliance will be responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic alignment with global headquarters, and building a world-class capability center. This role will oversee governance, and compliance across all corporate functions. This role will ensure regulatory adherence, risk management, and a culture of integrity and transparency while enabling growth and innovation. This person will work closely with the India GCC Managing Director and globally to drive strategic initiatives, foster collaboration, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. The Senior Director - Compliance will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance policies, procedures, and controls that align with global standards and best practices. This role will also ensure effective communication and training programs are in place to educate employees on compliance matters. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management principles, and compliance frameworks. The Senior Director - Compliance will be expected to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, senior leadership, and external partners. This role will require excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
