Senior Director, Medical Strategy Lead - Dermatology

The IQVIA Dermatology Center of Excellence, a hub of Dermatology clinical innovation, is looking for exceptional Board-Certified physicians to join our team as a Medical Strategy Lead to help us expand our Dermatology portfolio and advance this dynamic and rapidly expanding area of clinical development. The Dermatology Medical Strategy Lead is a subject matter expert with experience in clinical research and clinical trials who will be a champion for weight loss trials across IQVIA. The key remit of the role will be to develop and execute medical strategies that drive business growth, leveraging expertise in dermatology and clinical trial design. This includes developing and implementing comprehensive clinical trial protocols, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful study execution, and providing expert-level input on clinical trial design and feasibility assessments. Additionally, this role will involve working closely with the IQVIA Dermatology Center of Excellence leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans for expanding our dermatology portfolio, including identifying new business opportunities, developing partnerships, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a Board-Certified physician with a strong background in clinical research and clinical trials, as well as experience in medical strategy development and execution. A deep understanding of the dermatology landscape, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities, is also essential. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels within IQVIA.
