As a Senior Digital Transformation Consultant, you will not only develop strategies but bear genuine content responsibility from the first mandate on. Aufgaben

- You develop AI strategies and roadmaps for DAX- and large companies with a focus in pharmaceuticals, energy, chemistry, and financial services

- You identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI application cases based on business value, feasibility, and risk – including robust business cases

- You design GenAI- and Agentic-AI solutions and accompany them from the first idea to productive operation

- You establish AI Operating Models: Governance, role models, building internal competence centers, and sourcing strategy

- You advise decision-makers at the client – mandate-dependent on departmental-, area-, or C-level

- You accompany adoption with change concepts, training, and enabling of functional departments beyond go-live

- You apply the Friction Framework in the AI context and develop it further together with the team

- You ensure AI Governance and EU-AI-Act compliance (Responsible AI, ISO/IEC 42001)

Qualifikation

- Very good university degree in (business-)informatics, data science, economics or a MINT discipline

- 4–8 years of professional experience in consulting or industry with AI- or data focus, including at least 1 year of practical GenAI experience

- Experience with DAX- or large companies from at least one of the industries pharmaceuticals, energy, chemistry, financial services, or automotive

- Technical familiarity with Python, common LLM platforms (Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI), and RAG architectures

- Sovereign communication on senior level in German (C1/C2) and English (C1), written as well as in meetings

- Experience with Agentic-AI frameworks and prompt engineering is a plus
