We are looking for the person who combines creativity, psychology, and strategy and speaks fluent German.

• Development of creative strategies for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Ads in German
• Development of new hooks, angles, and advertising concepts based on consumer psychology
• Analysis of trends, competitors, and viral advertisements
• Development of data-driven hypotheses to improve creative performance
• Creation and further development of creative briefs for UGC creators, videographers, and editors in German
• Management of the entire creative process – from the idea to the finished advertising material
• Establishment and optimization of processes between Performance Marketing, Brand, UGC, and Production
• Analysis of relevant KPIs such as Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CPA, and ROAS, as well as derivation of concrete optimization measures
• Independent prioritization and management of creative tests
• Close collaboration with Performance Marketing, Video, Brand, and Design
• Identification of new advertising formats, platform trends, and scaling opportunities
• Ensuring fast and high-quality implementation of all creatives

• Several years of experience as a Creative Strategist, Creative Manager, or in a comparable role in Performance Marketing
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology and purchasing decisions – without a psychology degree
• Exceptional instinct for creative advertising concepts and viral social media content
• Deep understanding of current trends on TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and YouTube
• Experience with data-driven optimization of performance creatives
• Strategic thinking and the ability to efficiently manage creative processes and interfaces
• High degree of personal responsibility and a strong hands-on mentality
• Confident handling of creative KPIs and performance data
• Structured, solution-oriented, and fast working style
• High quality standards and the desire to continuously develop better creatives
• Fluent German skills in written and spoken language
