What you will achieve:
As a Senior Digital Media Planner (Person), you will plan digital media campaigns for our clients, taking on strategic responsibility independently and working closely with internal teams and external partners. You will clearly prepare strategies and planning logics, document them cleanly, and hand them over to the responsible teams.
- Strategic Media Planning: Based on briefs, you will develop digital media plans and translate goals into a suitable channel and measure mix for holistic campaigns – including clear argumentation and prioritization.
- Management & Coordination: In day-to-day business, you will coordinate relevant interfaces and partners and ensure that briefings and requirements flow together in a structured manner.
- Planning Quality & Documentation: Clean documents, clear assumptions, and consistent argumentation are part of your approach – you also set standards, provide direction, and ensure a solid foundation for implementation.
- Innovation & Development: You actively observe market and platform developments, incorporate new approaches into planning, evaluate them realistically, and make them usable for client strategies.
- Budget & Quality: You will always ensure compliance with quality standards, budgets, and timings, and keep a handle on the planning logic even with complex setups.
- Conditions Optimization: You will contribute to achieving the best conditions for our clients and provide the appropriate strategic justification from the planning for this.
What makes you stand out:
- Education: You have a completed university degree or vocational training in marketing, media, business, or a related field.
- Work Experience: You have several years of experience in planning digital media campaigns, ideally from a media agency, and you take on topics independently.
- Technical Expertise: You are very familiar with common planning tools, relevant media terms and KPIs, as well as the digital media landscape (Programmatic, Social, SEA, Retail, Content, and Performance Marketing).
- Analytics & Strategy: You combine excellent analytical skills with a strong strategic and solution-oriented mindset.
- Communication: You are characterized by strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly and convincingly.
- Language Skills: Very good German skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
