Responsibilities

Strategic and operational support of client accounts:

• You are a central point of contact for our clients and support them both strategically and operationally to ensure long-term success.

Ensuring customer satisfaction and sales potential:

• As a central interface for all client topics, you ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams. You always maintain an overview and ensure that all concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently to strengthen trust and expand potential revenue opportunities.

Identifying and expanding client potential:

• You independently identify potential with your clients and continuously expand it to promote their growth and success.

Developing individual media strategies:

• Based on your clients' briefings, you develop tailor-made digital media strategies that perfectly cover their goals and needs and contribute to the success of the campaigns.

Utilizing and applying (media) planning tools:

• With your expertise in using media planning tools, you create precise and effective media plans that contribute to the successful implementation of campaigns.

Expert in digital media genres:

• You master the important digital media genres. Your expertise enables you to select the best media channels and advertising formats for our campaigns.

Interpreting and analyzing campaign results:

• With sharp analytical skills, you interpret campaign results and derive valuable, customer-oriented recommendations for action.

Technical support for the team:

• You act as a sparring partner for colleagues, share your knowledge, and contribute to the continuous development of internal expertise.

Qualifications

Experience in client support and digital media planning:

• With at least 3-5 years of experience in digital media planning, you bring comprehensive expertise and understand how to support clients both strategically and operationally. Your cross-media expertise enables you to develop and implement customized solutions for our clients.

Analytical skills and affinity for numbers:

• You have an affinity for numbers and experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint as well as tools like advision and mds. Your analytical thinking helps you make data-driven decisions.

Communicative and persuasive personality:

• Your open and communicative nature makes you the ideal point of contact for our clients. You build your client relationships through your confident and authentic demeanor.

Structured way of working and sense of responsibility:

• Your diligent and structured approach, combined with a high degree of responsibility, enables you to manage projects efficiently and achieve successful results.

Language proficiency:

• Fluent German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
