We are looking for an experienced Sr. Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist, who will strengthen our team in Lisbon. In this practice-oriented role, the focus lies on optimizing Google Ads campaigns, performance enhancement, and data-based decision-making in an international environment.

• Management, optimization, and scaling of Google Ads campaigns

• Analysis of performance data and implementation of targeted optimization measures

• Identification of growth and efficiency potential

• Tight collaboration with internal marketing and performance teams

• Monitoring relevant KPIs and ensuring campaign goals

• At least 1 year of practical experience with Google Ads (mandatory)

• Experience in the field of Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing

• Very good German language skills on a professional level

• Analytical thinking and high attention to detail

• Motivation, willing to relocate to Lisbon and work there
