(Senior) Digital Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

MedNet EC-REP GmbH, a leading service provider for regulatory representation and market access in Europe, is seeking an experienced digital marketing manager to lead our international marketing strategy. As European Authorized Representative, UK Responsible Person, and Swiss Authorized Representative, we support approximately 700 manufacturers from non-EU countries in gaining quick, safe, and compliant access to the markets of the EU, the UK, and Switzerland. With a team of scientists and engineers, ISO 13485 certification, and tailored services, MedNet EC-REP is the reliable partner for the healthcare industry when it comes to compliance, market entry, and sustainable presence in Europe.

Aufgaben

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for our international marketing strategy – from website to campaigns to performance analysis:

• Website & Projektmanagement:
  Independent planning, control, and optimization of our company's website – including goal definition, time and resource planning, stakeholder coordination, and success measurement.
• SEO, AIO, GEO & Content Marketing:
  Development and implementation of comprehensive strategies for search engine and KI-based optimization (SEO/AIO/GEO) as well as content marketing. This includes keyword research, on-page optimization, performance analysis, and continuous content optimization for website, blog, and other channels.
• Performance Marketing:
  Conceptualization, implementation, and control of international campaigns via Google Ads, LinkedIn, and email marketing – goal-oriented and data-driven.
• Content Creation:
  Creation of compelling content such as blog articles, whitepapers, mailings, and campaign texts - tailored to our B2B target groups.
• Systeme & Tools:
  Content maintenance with modern headless CMS (Payload CMS) and creation of simple HTML adaptations. Use of email marketing tools (e.g., BREVO) as well as management of leads and campaign results in ZOHO CRM.
• Analytics & Optimierung:
  Analysis of campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Clarity, or Umami. Derivation of data-based optimization measures, implementation of A/B tests, and conversion tracking.
• Crossfunktionale Zusammenarbeit:
  Close coordination with departments such as sales and regulatory affairs as well as regular market and competition analysis in the international healthcare context.

Qualifikation

• Completed studies in marketing, communication or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of experience in digital B2B marketing - ideally in a regulated environment (healthcare, MedTech etc.)
• Fundamental knowledge in performance marketing, particularly with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and email marketing
• Very good SEO and AIO knowledge as well as routine handling of tools like SEMrush, Sistrix and Google Search Console
• Experience working with web analysis tools (e.g. GA4, Umami) and data-driven optimization of user journeys
• Familiarity with CMS systems (ideally headless, e.g. Payload CMS), HTML basic knowledge from an advantage
• Experience in creating content tailored to specific target groups
• Safe handling of Canva for visual content creation as well as MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
• High degree of self-initiative, structured working style and hands-on mentality
