In Brixen, we develop digital platforms and SaaS products for leading tourism regions as well as international companies from industry and services. Our projects are demanding, technically exciting, and increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence.

For our team, we are looking for an experienced personality who strategically supports clients, co-develops digital solutions, and reliably leads projects to success.

Your Mission

• You accompany our clients from the initial idea through conception to successful launch and beyond.
• You understand our clients' goals and challenges and translate them into clear digital strategies, concepts, and requirements.
• You question briefings, contribute your own ideas, and help our clients make the right decisions.
• You take responsibility for the timing, budget, and quality of your projects.
• You coordinate interdisciplinary teams from consulting, design, development, SEO, and content.
• You align technical requirements with our developers and can explain complex contexts understandably.
• You identify optimization potentials in digital presences, products, and processes and develop concrete recommendations from them.
• You keep an eye on budgets and project profitability and address deviations early on.
• You further develop existing client relationships and identify where additional services or products create real added value.
• You engage with current digital developments and consider how AI can be meaningfully integrated into products, projects, and work processes.

What you bring

• Several years of experience in digital consulting / project management or a comparable role.
• You have independently managed complex projects before and are familiar with collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary teams.
• You understand how digital platforms work and can talk about topics like CMS, APIs, web infrastructures, and system integrations.
• You have experience with SEO, web analytics, and data-driven optimizations.
• You can structure requirements, moderate workshops, and derive clear concepts and next steps from them.
• You work independently, solution-oriented, and pragmatically.
• You can prioritize, make decisions, and know when a topic needs to be escalated.
• You communicate confidently with various stakeholders, from the operational project team to management.
• You are eager for responsibility. Not someday, but from the very beginning.

Plus Points

• You have already worked for tourism regions or larger companies in the industrial or service sectors.
• Good Italian language skills are a plus, but not a must.
• Tracking, tag management, and data-driven customer journeys are not foreign words to you.

Compensation

The minimum gross annual salary for this position is EUR 50,000. The individual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and relevant competencies.
