As part of scaling our SaaS offerings and supporting custom architectures for our clients, we are recruiting an experienced Senior DevOps / SRE Engineer to lead our infrastructure, Run, and consulting challenges.

→ Your Mission

As a Senior DevOps & SRE / Lead Infrastructure, you will hold a pivotal role at the intersection of product engineering, Run management, and expert technical consulting:

• Product Proximity: You will work in direct and close collaboration with product teams (Lead Engineers, Software Architects, R&D) to industrialize, deploy, and evolve the ILLUIN software suite.

• SaaS Run (SRE): You will be responsible for the high availability, security, and scalability of all our SaaS-hosted services.

• Client Consulting: You will directly engage with our key enterprise clients for expert consulting missions (billable services) to design and configure Cloud/MLOps architectures tailored to their complex environments.

→ Your Responsibilities

🚀 1. Industrialization & Deployment of ILLUIN Products

• Industrialize, automate, and standardize the deployment and packaging of ILLUIN products: Doc Automation, Dialogue, nAIxt, and LLM/NLP components.

• Define and evolve deployment strategies: SaaS, On-Premise, sovereign Cloud, and hybrid environments.

• Work in close collaboration with Software Engineering and R&D teams to integrate exploitability requirements from the design phase.

• Define and evolve best practices for CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code.

• Identify and lead improvement initiatives for Ops practices.

☁️ 2. Cloud & Infrastructure

• Design, deploy, and maintain Cloud infrastructures using Terraform and/or Pulumi.

• Work on environments such as AWS, GCP, Azure, and OVHcloud.

• Administer and evolve Kubernetes clusters, including network, storage, security, and high availability aspects.

• Participate in the design of Cloud, On-Premise, and hybrid architectures adapted to our clients' technical and security constraints.

• Contribute to the implementation of infrastructures meeting security, GDPR, and data sovereignty requirements.

⚡ 3. SRE & Run

• Ensure the availability, performance, and resilience of SaaS platforms.

• Participate in Operational Maintenance (MCO) and continuous improvement of production environments.

• Implement and evolve observability practices: metrics, logs, alerting, and monitoring.

• Work with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.

• Participate in critical incident management, post-mortem analyses, and the implementation of corrective actions.

• Contribute to defining and adhering to SLAs and reliability standards.

🤝 4. Technical Expertise & Client Support

• Occasionally engage with key enterprise clients on Cloud, SRE, and infrastructure issues.

• Analyze their environments and constraints to propose suitable architectures.

• Support client technical teams in deploying, configuring, and adopting ILLUIN solutions.

• Provide your technical expertise during scoping and pre-sales phases, particularly in responding to tenders.

• Be able to simplify complex technical topics for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Profile Sought

🛠️ Technical Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Cloud, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Architecture roles.

• Solid mastery of Kubernetes and containerized environments.

• Excellent command of Infrastructure-as-Code, especially Terraform and/or Pulumi.

• Significant experience with one or more major Cloud Providers: AWS, GCP, Azure, OVHcloud.

• Good command of CI/CD, GitOps, and automation practices.

• Experience with production, high availability, observability, and incident management challenges.

• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK.

• Good understanding of distributed architectures and microservices environments.

• Knowledge of Python, Java, or Node.js is appreciated for understanding and supporting application environments.

• A sensibility to AI, LLM, MLOps/LLMOps, and Vector Databases challenges is a plus.
