(Senior) DevOps with Focus Operations (m/w/d)

Hard Facts about us: As a management consultancy, our focus lies on the IT development and related business area. We cover the entire software development with a focus on the modern Java ecosystem (Backend, Frontend, Fullstack, DevOps, Architecture, and QA). In IT-related business roles, you'll find at our company Product Owners, Scrum Masters, technical project leaders, Business Analysts, and also PMO their professional home. Currently, we count around 250 lovely colleagues who daily support over 30 active customers in various industries on their projects.

Tasks

• As Consultant, you'll bring your hands-on expertise directly into the project and get everyone out of their socks. Nobody is like YOU!
• As DevOps Expert, no one will make you do anything before you're ready, and you'll accompany the entire development process at our customers with passion and engagement.
• You burn for Automatisierung and automate Build-Test und Deploy-Prozesse from scratch.
• You master Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) Tools flawlessly, to automate the management of infrastructure like magic.
• You keep a watchful eye on the On-Premise or Cloud Infrastructure of our customers and optimize it continuously.
• You take care with devotion of Alerting, Monitoring, and Tracing, to ensure seamless functionality.
• Your teamwork is particularly sought after with developers and testers in agile cross-functional teams working according to Scrum or Kanban.
• Your engaged and independent work style ensures a smooth operation of the developed applications.
• You represent virtuously and sovereignly the operational perspective against the development team, product owners, and other project participants, making the difference.

Qualification

• You have at least three years of experience in DevOps and were previously involved in Operations.
• You bring a completed IT degree or equivalent qualification with corresponding work experience.
• You are characterized by your experience with the following technologies and areas: Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, GitLab, Linux, Docker, Red Hat OpenShift.
• You bring knowledge in programming and scripting (Python, Bash, Java).
• You have a strong understanding of implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• You are familiar with Microservice Architectures and deploying on Kubernetes.
• You have a very good understanding of network infrastructure (Routing, Loadbalancing, DNS).
• Your experience working in agile, cross-functional teams is of great advantage.
• You are communicative and open towards your team colleagues and our customers, and you enjoy the consulting business.
• You convince through your fluent German and good English.
