Our partner, a leading company in the DACH region, develops innovative and individual POS software solutions - from self-check kassas, over click & collect systems, to exciting inhouse projects.

We are currently looking for a DevOps Engineer (m/w/d) to further develop a stable IT infrastructure and hardware integration for one of our project teams.

Aufgaben

Design, Implementation, and Maintenance of Linux-based system configurations
Integration and Management of Hardware Components and Drivers in the Retail Context (POS Systems, Click and Collect or Self Checkout)
Setup of Monitoring Systems
Automation of Deployment Processes
Implementation and Maintenance of Security Measures
Tight Cooperation within a cross-functional, Agile Project Team

Qualifikation

Operating Systems and Hardware: Good knowledge in Linux, Package Management, and System Installations
Development and Automation: Programming skills in Java, Python, or Bash; Experience with Containers (Docker) and Automation Tools
Safety and Network: Experience in Firewall Configuration, Security Policies, and -Tools
CI/CD and Deployment: Experience with CI/CD Pipelines and Tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Maven
Teamwork skills within cross-functional projects
Analytical Problem-Solving Skills
Readiness for further education and adaptation to new technologies
Fluent German knowledge
