Aufgaben

Cloud & Infrastructure Automation

• You design, develop, and automate modern cloud infrastructures with Terraform as well as configuration-management tools like Ansible, Chef or Puppet.
• You develop scalable infrastructure-as-code solutions and establish best practices for operating modern platforms.

CI/CD & Plattform Engineering

• You develop, optimize, and operate modern CI/CD-Pipelines with tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• You support our customers in introducing efficient DevOps processes and high automation.

Container & Kubernetes

• You administer and optimize Kubernetes-Cluster (AKS, EKS, GKE or On-Premises).
• You implement modern deployment strategies, GitOps approaches, and ensure scalability, high availability, and security of platforms.

Monitoring, Security & Beratung

• You establish monitoring- and observability-solutions with tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, Prometheus or Grafana.
• You implement security- and compliance-requirements (IAM, Certificate Management, Vulnerability Management).
• You advise our customers on multi-cloud- and hybrid-cloud-strategies and support them on their way to a modern DevOps organization.
• You accompany technical architecture decisions and support less experienced colleagues as a mentor.

Qualifikation

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
  At least 6 years of experience in the field of DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or Cloud Engineering.
• Very good knowledge of Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, including modular architectures.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD-Pipelines and modern automation processes.
• Fundamental knowledge in the operation and administration of Kubernetes.
• Experience with at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform).
• Very good knowledge in at least one scripting- or programming-language like Python or Go.
• Experience with OpenShift or Rancher is an advantage.
• Fluent German (C1) and English skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customers.
• A salary range for this position (Senior-Level): 75,000 € – 95,000 € gross per year. The final classification will depend on experience and skillset
