We develop KI-gestützte E-Commerce-Plattformen for B2B-Kunden and seek You as a reinforcement for our Team!

Aufgaben

Become part of our team and shape processes and tools for the operation of complex E-commerce environments in the Azure Cloud actively with. Through your work, you support the operation of customers on our global platform.

• Design, implementation, and further development of a monitoring system for technical components as well as business processes in a DevOps environment

• Support in operating various web applications and Java-based applications

• Ongoing maintenance and improvement of the monitoring environment:

• Analyzing recurring alarms

• Finding optimal threshold values

• Data aggregation in dashboards

• Modeling dependencies and deriving ideal alarm strategies, as well as automating recurring processes in collaboration with customers and our operations team

• Improving the Intershop-Plattform product and corresponding toolchains in collaboration within a Platform Engineering Team – for and together with other teams

• Communication with internal customers and partners to improve the monitoring strategy

Qualifikation

• You possess good to very good knowledge of the Linux operating system and Kubernetes
• Good knowledge of IaaS infrastructure services and analytical skills set you apart
• You can demonstrate hands-on experience with cloud observability platforms such as NewRelic, Datadog, or other services
• You possess knowledge in working with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, GitLab, GitHub Actions
• You have experience with distributed version control systems like Git
• Good English skills in both spoken and written form round out your profile

If you also have experience with

• Operating Java-based applications and/or configuration management and infrastructure automation (e.g. Terraform)
• OpenTelemetry and Jaeger Tracing
• Scripting languages
