Build mission-critical technology at scale
The assignment:
You will be technically responsible for the end-to-end software release pipeline for a platform that ultimately supports software distribution to approximately 8 million devices. The environment is still under full development. You will therefore have a lot of responsibility for designing, building, and professionalizing the release, test, and deployment chain.

We are looking for a hands-on senior engineer/technical lead with strong experience in:
Experience with PKI, KMS/HSM, containers, embedded software, Yocto, OTA updates, IoT/device management, or hardware-in-the-loop testing is a strong plus.

The assignment:
You will be technically responsible for the end-to-end software release pipeline for a platform that ultimately supports software distribution to approximately 8 million devices. The environment is still under full development. You will therefore have a lot of responsibility for designing, building, and professionalizing the release, test, and deployment chain.
Key responsibilities:
- Designing and operationalizing an end-to-end release, test, and deployment chain.
- Designing and improving GitHub Actions Workflows for build, test, validation, gates, and controlled releases.
- Setting up and professionalizing the AWS environment, CI/CD, and repository structure.
- Ensuring software supply chain security, including SBOM, signing, vulnerability scanning, and traceability.
- Translating architecture into concrete technical designs and work packages.
- Realizing integrations with test environments, repositories, and PKI/key management.
- Bringing together engineering, security, testing, operations, and external vendors.
Desired experience:
We are looking for a hands-on senior engineer/technical lead with strong experience in:
- AWS
- GitHub & GitHub Actions
- CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
- Linux and runners
- Release and deployment automation
- Artifact and container repositories, for example Sonatype Nexus
- Software supply chain security
- Technical architecture and platform engineering
- Technical leadership of engineers
Experience with PKI, KMS/HSM, containers, embedded software, Yocto, OTA updates, IoT/device management, or hardware-in-the-loop testing is a strong plus.
