Senior DevOps / Cloud Engineer

We focus on connecting the best talent with the best companies. The Role: We are looking for a Senior DevOps/Cloud Engineer to join our client's growing team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that supports our client's payment platform. This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of the infrastructure. Responsibilities: * Design, implement, and maintain the cloud infrastructure on AWS. * Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Terraform and Ansible. * Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines. * Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks. * Ensure the security of the infrastructure, adhering to security best practices and compliance requirements. * Participate in on-call rotations to respond to incidents and ensure system availability. * Collaborate with development teams to optimize applications for cloud deployment. * Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and solutions to improve infrastructure efficiency and performance. Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering. * Strong experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.). * Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform. * Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). * Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). * Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). * Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements. * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Nice to Have: * Experience with payment processing systems. * Experience with security compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS). * Experience with serverless technologies.
