Senior React Developer - M/F

Capco France is looking for a Senior React Developer to support players in the financial sectors in the development and evolution of modern, high-performing, and accessible web applications. 

Within our Technology, Product & Engineering Practice, you will be involved in frontend development issues, application architecture, and user experience, in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams comprising developers, UX/UI Designers, Product Owners, and technical experts spread across several countries. 

You will contribute to the design of robust, reusable, and maintainable solutions, with particular attention paid to web accessibility, code quality, and development best practices. 

Your missions: 

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications with React 19 and TypeScript 7, prioritizing scalable, high-performance, and maintainable frontend architectures. 
• Contribute to architectural decisions and the evolution of an internal component library based on React Aria, ensuring their reusability and consistency. 
• Place web accessibility at the core of development, applying standards and best practices from design through to testing and code reviews. 
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to integrate Figma mockups, develop interfaces, and ensure interactions with Java backend APIs. 
• Guarantee the quality of developments through unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, code reviews, and contributions to CI/CD processes, in collaboration with DevOps teams. 

Your profile: 

• Proven experience in frontend development with React, TypeScript 6 or 7, and JavaScript, as well as a good understanding of component architectures, state management, and complex web applications. 
• Expertise in designing reusable and accessible UI components, with a strong command of web accessibility standards, including semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, and ARIA. 
• Experience with frontend automated testing practices, coupled with a particular focus on code quality, web performance, and maintainability. 
• Ability to contribute to architectural discussions, collaborate with multiple development teams, and thrive in an international Agile environment. 
• Comfortable working in English (C1 level) in an international professional environment. 

Additional assets: 

• Experience with React Router, TanStack Query, and React Aria technologies, particularly in the development of component libraries. 
• Proficiency with Vitest and Playwright testing tools, as well as automated testing practices. 
• Experience with AWS environments, GitLab CI/CD, and interactions with Java APIs. 
• Knowledge of Specification-Driven Development (SDD) approaches and associated software engineering practices. 
• Familiarity with generative AI-assisted development tools.
