(Senior) Development Partner, Therapies, Healthcare & Biomedical

The Therapies team in Healthcare & Biomedical Division is responsible for shaping and delivering initiatives to support the growth of therapeutic biotech companies, with a focus on Precision Medicine, AI in Drug Discovery and Development, biomanufacturing technologies, and clinical trials enablement. This role plays a key part in driving the growth and development of the therapeutic biotech ecosystem. 1. Industry & Programme Development Formulate strategies for the growth and development of the therapeutic biotech industry; develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including biotech companies, research institutions, and government agencies. 2. Project Management Manage projects related to the growth and development of the therapeutic biotech industry, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. 3. Business Development Identify and pursue business opportunities that align with the goals and objectives of the Therapies team; develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including biotech companies, research institutions, and government agencies. 4. Collaboration & Communication Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives; communicate project progress and results to stakeholders. 5. Knowledge Sharing Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues and stakeholders to drive innovation and growth in the therapeutic biotech industry.
