(Senior) Development Partner, Customer Innovation

[What the role is] The Customer Innovation (CI) Division is responsible for shaping and delivering digital solutions to enhance enterprise engagement and expand Enterprise Singapore’s reach to support more companies. The division works closely with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement impactful Whole-of-Government (WOG) digital products that address business needs and improve the overall enterprise experience. [What you will be working on] This role plays a key part in driving innovation and collaboration across the organization, leveraging technology to create new opportunities for growth and development. As a Development Partner, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative digital solutions that meet business needs and drive results. Your responsibilities will include: • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. • Designing and developing digital products that are user-centered, intuitive, and scalable. • Working closely with the CI team to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into existing systems and processes. • Providing technical expertise and guidance to internal teams on digital product development best practices. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve and refine digital products. • Collaborating with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed. [What you will need] To succeed in this role, you will need: • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience in software development, preferably with a focus on digital product development. • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Familiarity with Whole-of-Government (WOG) digital products and their applications.
