Tasks:

• Responsibility for HF power modules and components throughout the entire product development process in close cooperation with the responsible product laboratory and product management - Project leadership and coordination of internal and external development resources with a strong focus on rapid market introduction (Time-to-Market) - Conducting 'Make-or-Buy' analyses and implementing synergy-oriented solutions - Requirements management and characterization of HF power modules and components - Modeling and simulation of amplifier circuits, combined networks, and peripheral components - Support in the development and close cooperation with teams for electrical and mechanical construction - Preparation of work packages including binding time and cost estimates - Integration, qualification, and transfer to series production including ongoing support and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Completed university degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on High Frequency Technology (HF) or comparable training - Professional experience in the development of power amplifiers and HF power components - In-depth knowledge of working with Microwave Office, Microwave Studio, and SPICE - Independent, team-oriented, and highly motivated work style - Negotiation-proof German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
