Senior Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical components including reports, interfaces, enhancements & conversions (RICEW objects).
  
• Build custom reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRS ,SmartView, HCM extracts , HDL, Fast Formulas.
  
• Develop and manage data extracts, integrations, and automations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  
• Page customizations in SaaS using Sandbox as well as good Knowledge of Redwood , Apex ,VCBS & PCS.
  
• Design and implement data integration solutions between Oracle Fusion and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, File-Based Data Import (FBDI) or HDL/HSDL.
  
• Support data conversion and migration activities during system implementation and upgrades.
  
• Provide technical analysis and troubleshooting for issues related to Fusion ERP modules (Financials, SCM, HCM, etc.).
  
• Resolve performance, security, and data integrity issues with the IT and business teams.
  
• Prepare technical design documents, test plans, and user guides for developed components.
  
• Conduct unit and system testing; support UAT with business users.
  
• Ensure all solutions comply with best practices and IT governance policies.
  
• Work closely with functional consultants and end-users to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  
• 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP technical development, with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud
  
• Proven expertise in designing and developing RICEW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Workflows)
  
• Strong hands-on experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, FRS, SmartView, HCM Extracts, HDL, and Fast Formulas
  
• Experience building integrations and automations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion SaaS customizations, including Sandbox-based page customizations
  
• Working knowledge of Redwood UI, Oracle APEX, Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and Process Cloud Service (PCS)
  
• Hands-on experience integrating Oracle Fusion with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HDL/HSDL
  
• Experience supporting data conversion and migration during implementations and upgrades
  
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills across Fusion Financials, SCM, and HCM modules
  
• Experience resolving performance, security, and data integrity issues in collaboration with IT and business teams
  
• Ability to produce technical design documents, test cases, and user documentation
  
• Hands-on experience with unit testing, system testing, and UAT support
  
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion best practices, SaaS standards, and IT governance policies
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with functional consultants and business users
  
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
