Job Title: Senior Developer – Python ETL Location: Chennai Work Mode : Hybrid Experience: 8-12 yrs Employment Type: Full Time Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled technology professional 6 years of experience in data engineering Strong proficiency in Python/Java/Scala, Shell scripting and SQL, with hands-on experience in building large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines Expertise in the Big Data Ecosystem like Hive, Spark, HDFS, or working knowledge of Hadoop-based environments Experience with modern data warehousing tools such as Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse Analytics, Snowflake, and/or Databricks Familiarity with cloud-based platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams Proficiency in Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing requirements
