What we do: Designing and developing Data Lake and Data Warehouse solutions, as well as data feeding processes (online and offline) Data analysis and design of logical and physical models Optimizing SQL queries in on-premise and GCP environments Creating flows (offline/online; on-premise/GCP) Creating data loading solutions using Python, Rust Your role: Creating "chat with data" solutions – from the conversational layer, through intent interpretation and query generation, to results presentation Designing and implementing solutions according to business requirements Supporting tests, deployments, and maintenance of developed solutions Collaborating within the team in a DevSecOps model Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role Experience in projects within the banking or financial sector Good knowledge of React and experience in creating modern web applications Commercial experience in building backend systems based on Java and developing API services Experience in building web applications with chat functionalities (e.g., response streaming, conversation history, feedback mechanisms) Basic knowledge of SQL and BigQuery Ability to design clear and intuitive interfaces for data presentation (including tables, dashboards, visualizations, etc.) Experience working with systems operating in a production environment, including CI/CD processes, application monitoring, and incident analysis and handling Ability to work with the Git version control system Knowledge of good software development practices, including testing, code review, and code quality standards Availability for hybrid work model (minimum 1 day per week working from the office in Warsaw or Poznan) Nice to have: Knowledge of GCP (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub) Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes Knowledge of UI libraries and data visualization tools Knowledge of semantic/metrics layer solutions (semantic layer, caching, pre-aggregations, metric governance) Experience with conversational analytics tools / product patterns for "chat with data" type solutions We offer: Hybrid work model (minimum 1 day per week working from the office in Warsaw or Poznan - must have) Employment stability – long-term projects, collaboration with leading companies, development opportunities in various IT industry areas Flexible cooperation forms – B2B contract, employment contract, or mandate contract Benefits: Medicover (extended to include dentistry), FitProfit, English language lessons F45 gym training – located in our office.
