Senior Designer (A219167)

Job Description: 1. Conduct secondary creative development based on existing IP characters, and participate in the innovative application of IP characters within office environments. 2. Understand the functionality and user experience of internal office systems, and complete visual design for related system interfaces, including logos, icons, illustrations, and UI design. 3. Deliver visual creative designs for internal operational campaigns, including but not limited to poster design and video production. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement visual design strategies for various projects. 5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's brand identity and visual guidelines, and ensure all visual designs align with these standards. 6. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of innovative design concepts. 7. Work closely with the creative team to ensure design consistency and quality across all projects. 8. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve design skills and processes. 9. Provide design support and guidance to junior designers and other team members. 10. Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
