We are looking for a Senior Designer to be our creative reference and guardian of visual identity. Someone with strategic vision, high critical sense and autonomy to lead projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring impact and consistency across all channels.

The ecosystem consists of SaaS platforms focused on distribution, marketing, CRM, e-commerce and financial solutions. With international presence and over 9,500 connected hotels, they move more than 15 billion transactions per year.

Responsibilities:

• Create complete visual campaigns aligned with brand and performance objectives.
• Update and maintain our brand book, ensuring consistent application.
• Supervise and guide junior designers.
• Develop key visuals and materials for multiple channels and formats.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and video teams.
• Innovate with new trends, formats, and design technologies.

We need someone with:

• Bachelor's degree;
• Solid experience as a Senior Designer, preferably in B2B companies.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma; motion design and video editing are differentiators.
• Strategic profile: understands why behind each piece and evaluates campaign results.
• Autonomy, organization, and ability to handle high volume while maintaining quality.
