The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Designer (Events & Activations) to support Birdman’s presence in trade marketing and events. This role will design and execute offline materials and brand experiences that connect with our consumers and athletes.

Responsibilities:

• Design printed materials and POP assets for points of sale.
• Develop creative proposals for brand activations and experiences.
• Design stands, banners, displays, and event environments.
• Conceptualize and produce merchandising for athletes and events.
• Coordinate with printing and production vendors.
• Supervise installation and setup during activations/events.
• Work closely with Trade Marketing on strategic briefs.
• Ensure brand consistency across physical experiences.
• Attend national and international brand events.

Requirements

Professional Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing or a related field.

Experience:

• +4 years of experience in marketing agencies or related.
• Experience in print and large-format design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of printing processes, finishes, and materials.
• Ability to conceptualize stands and activations.
• Experience applying branding to physical environments.

Bonus Points If...

• Basic knowledge of 3D software (SketchUp, Cinema4D).
• Experience in event logistics coordination.
• Illustration skills applied to merchandising.
