Senior Design Verification Engineer

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Digital Verification Manager to lead end-to-end verification and validation of advanced connectivity across industrial, automotive, and embedded markets. This role combines deep technical ownership with people leadership, driving flawless execution across pre-silicon and post-silicon phases. You will work closely with global design, software, analog, and silicon validation teams to deliver high-quality, differentiated products while continuously improving processes and methodologies. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing comprehensive verification strategies for complex digital designs, • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize verification requirements, • Designing and implementing testbenches and test plans to ensure thorough coverage of design functionality, • Analyzing and debugging issues, and developing effective root cause analysis and corrective action plans, • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members, • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital verification. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, • 8+ years of experience in digital verification, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry, • Strong understanding of digital design languages such as Verilog and VHDL, • Experience with formal verification tools and methodologies, • Familiarity with simulation and emulation tools, • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
