Senior Design Coordinator – Modular Kitchen & Furniture Systems

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Coordinator with strong expertise in residential modular kitchen and wardrobe systems. This is a leadership role requiring technical precision, client presentation confidence, and execution discipline. You will lead design presentations alongside the Sales Manager, supervise Junior Designers, and ensure technically accurate, commercially viable proposals for apartments, villas, and independent living units. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of modular kitchen and wardrobe systems, including product features, benefits, and applications. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations. • Conducting site visits and surveys to gather information on clients' requirements and preferences. • Designing and presenting proposals for residential modular kitchen and wardrobe systems, including 3D visualizations and detailed specifications. • Supervising Junior Designers in the design process, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality results. • Ensuring all designs are technically accurate, commercially viable, and meet client requirements. • Maintaining a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions with clients and colleagues. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Design Coordinator or similar role. • Strong expertise in residential modular kitchen and wardrobe systems. • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
