Senior Deputy Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Deputy Manager at 100 Acre Wood Day Nursery, Bristol - full time with a salary of £32,000 What to expect as a Senior Deputy Manager: To support the implementation of the EYFS including overseeing planning and record keeping Promote and facilitate partnership with parents, carers and families Support the development and maintenance of strong working relationships with relevant local authority departments, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders. Ensure that all children are kept safe and well cared for at all times. This includes ensuring that all staff are aware of and follow our safeguarding policies and procedures. To support the Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery, including managing a team of early years practitioners. To contribute to the development and implementation of the nursery's policies and procedures. To be an ambassador for the nursery, promoting its values and ethos to parents, carers and other stakeholders.
