Predium is building the category-defining platform that brings together sustainable and profitable real estate management - and exactly the solution that the market is looking for. We are strongly financed, growing quickly, and a team of ~40 people who work every day to define this market.

Your Mission

You build the operational foundation that determines how quickly our customers can extract real value from the platform - and thus how quickly Predium grows. As Senior Deployment Strategist / Solution Engineer, you are responsible for the entire onboarding process: from data recording to the first measurable impact at the customer. You make regulatory complexity clear decision-making grounds - and data chaos scalable structures.

You join a team that has laid the foundations - but in a market that is just starting to take off. What you build here will shape how customers experience Predium and how strong their trust in the Predium platform grows.

What you do specifically

1. End-to-End Ownership: You lead onboarding processes from the first data evaluation to the final handover. You ensure that customers see real business impact as soon as possible. You bear the result - not just the process.
2. Scalability building: You develop frameworks, tooling, and automation that make our deployments more consistent and efficient. What is manual today should not be manual tomorrow.
3. Sales strengthening: You support customer conversations as a technical expert, evaluate implementability, and give sales the framework they need to win the right deals.
4. Product co-creation: You see what really happens in practice - with data quality, customer problems, process gaps. These insights you actively bring into Product and Engineering - with the goal of taking the product to the next level.
5. Setting standards: You live up to the standard - and pull the team up to the level where results emerge.
