Strong analytical capabilities and experience with forecasting tools. Previous experience managing and transforming processes. Developing effective teams and encouraging others. Position Summary The Senior Demand Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate demand planning and forecasting, identifying opportunities to improve the overall efficiency of the supply chain, developing and implementing strategies to meet business objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve goals, and providing expert-level guidance on demand planning best practices. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
