Your Responsibility

• End-to-end management of SPREAD delivery projects from sales handover to go-live and hypercare: defining ambitious goals and timelines in coordination with agreed-upon success criteria, and ensuring delivery within the defined scope of services, on schedule, and within budget.
• Ensuring delivery through close collaboration with internal engineering and product teams, as well as customer teams, to bring the project to a successful conclusion: from connecting data sources, integrating into our Engineering Intelligence Graph, to configuring applications in SPREAD Studio and deploying AI agents to solve specific use cases with measurable added value.
• Planning and moderating technical and exploratory workshops, as well as managing UAT, cutover, and adoption for target groups, in coordination with the goals defined by Value Engineering.
• Coordinating cross-functional workstreams and managing risks, assumptions, decisions, and changes with clear executive updates and stakeholder-appropriate communication.
• Transparent tracking and communication internally and to our customers regarding delivery status and maturity, as well as value tracking and documentation.
• Systematic feeding back of insights from customer projects into product development to improve scalability, performance, and reusability across customers.

Your Experience

1. At least 5 years of experience in executing or managing complex enterprise software projects, ideally in engineering-intensive industries such as automotive, aerospace, defense, or mechanical engineering.
2. Experience in projects involving the connection of heterogeneous IT systems and the mapping of entities into a unified data model, as well as familiarity with APIs and security requirements.
3. Ability to conduct structured workshops and clear written and oral communication for technical target groups as well as for management.
4. Confident communication internally and externally with customers, including in critical situations and escalations, with targeted stakeholder management and ensuring all prerequisites for a successful rollout (e.g., data connectors).
5. Strong results orientation with consistent linking of deliverables to measurable value, as well as management of all project phases based on transparent KPIs.
6. Collaborative, organized, and hands-on working style with the ability to transfer project insights into standardized components and rollout playbooks.
7. Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
