Senior Delivery Manager-GIS/Mapping

Job Responsibilities : Ensure seamless delivery of projects in a Mega – Gamma/Key Growth Account Monitor and take appropriate actions on internal and external audit findings to ensure no major non-compliance/ deviation from the SLA Regularly audit quality (QA) status of delivery and engage QA team to ensure adherence to Quality Assurance standards and processes Collaborate and influence internal key stakeholders to ensure fulfillment, technology support and flawless delivery of projects Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budget Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery and meeting customer expectations Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and satisfaction Analyze and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality results Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team
