Ideal Candidate
As a Senior Delivery Analyst you will plan, prioritize, and track deliveries, maintain the workflow between all involved parties, and ensure adherence to deadlines, scope, and quality level.
Requirements
Experience in Insurance & Delivery Coordination
- Relevant experience in the insurance industry (insurer, broker, or related services)
- Knowledge of general insurance products and specific processes: underwriting, pricing, policy issuance, claims
- Ability to bring valuable input, from an insurance perspective, into application design, database modeling, and system changes
- Experience in coordinating activities and tasks from IT implementations and support activities
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and track deliveries, while respecting deadlines, budget, and scope
- Experience in collaborating with external suppliers and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with ASF, DORA, IDD directive regulations, and GDPR requirements
IT Coordination, Planning & Support
- Experience in planning and tracking activities, managing dependencies, impediments, and risks
- Experience working with Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies and iterative delivery
- Experience in task and backlog management with dedicated tools (Jira, Azure DevOps), throughout the development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience in managing application changes (change management), from requirements analysis to validation and go-live
- Experience in coordinating IT support activities (triage, prioritization, escalation, SLA tracking)
- • Ability to translate business requirements into clear activities with defined owners and deadlines
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and reporting skills to management and stakeholders
- Experience with core insurance systems (e.g., INSIS) or other critical business applications
- ITIL knowledge (incident, problem, change management) is an advantage
- Certifications in Agile / delivery methodologies are an advantage
- Experience in large, multi-vendor organizational environments
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Coordination of activities and tasks from IT implementations and support activities for general insurance companies
Planning, prioritizing, and tracking deliveries, with monitoring of deadlines, scope, and risks
Ensuring the communication flow and alignment between business, technical teams, and suppliers
Contributing insurance expertise to application design, database structure, and evaluation of system changes
Managing backlog and tasks in dedicated tools (Jira, Azure DevOps Boards)
Coordinating IT support activities: triage, prioritization, escalation, and resolution tracking
Identifying and managing impediments, dependencies, and delivery risks
Regular reporting of delivery status to management and stakeholders
Contributing to the continuous improvement of implementation and support processes
