Senior Debitorenbuchhalter (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Preparation and periodical booking of invoices to national and international customers
• Management of accounts receivable, administration of payment deadlines, and communication with international customers regarding delayed payments
• Contact person for questions about invoices or payment terms
• Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsOptimization of accounting processes through the introduction of ideas and support in implementation

Qualification

• Completed commercial training with a focus on accounting or equivalent qualification
• Multiple years of practical experience with solid accounting knowledge
• Knowledge of handling an ERP system
• Safe use of MS-Office applications
• Good English skills
• Independent, structured working style, high level of engagement, assertiveness, and quality awareness
• Communication strength, high learning readiness, initiative, and team spirit
