Senior Databricks AI / ML Engineer

Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Databricks AI/ML Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Databricks, strong hands-on experience in both AI and traditional ML models, and advanced proficiency in SQL and Python. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable data and ML pipelines, optimize models, and deliver impactful insights that drive business value. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud-based architectures, particularly Azure Databricks, as well as experience with popular AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn. The successful candidate will be able to leverage their expertise in data engineering, machine learning, and data science to drive business outcomes and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that transform our organization. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics and ML solutions using Databricks and other relevant tools. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable data and ML pipelines, optimize models, and deliver impactful insights. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn. • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within our organization. • Work closely with data scientists and engineers to develop and implement ML models that meet business requirements. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of cloud-based architectures, particularly Azure Databricks. • Participate in code reviews and ensure the quality of developed solutions. • Collaborate with other teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for AI/ML adoption within our organization. • Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide training to other team members as needed. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on Databricks. • Strong hands-on experience in both AI and traditional ML models. • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python. • Experience with popular AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn. • Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures, particularly Azure Databricks. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
