Senior Data Scientist (m/w/d) (Full-time) (Remote)

Are you a master of Data Architecture and Data Modeling?

If so, we're looking for exactly you as Senior Data Scientist (m/w/d) (Full-time). We develop Shopify Apps for over 3,500+ Merchants and need you to create structures, insights, and decision-making foundations from them.

Tasks

Your daily business with us:

• Building & maintaining a scalable Data-Warehouse-Architecture
• Integration of data sources (e.g. MongoDB, APIs, DigitalOcean, Shopify)
• Building dashboards and data models for decision support
• Setting up tracking structures and events with developers correctly
• Collaboration with product and growth teams
• Exploratory analysis of large datasets (EDA)
• Development of dashboards & visualizations
• Building an analytics framework (KPIs, reports, data models)

Qualification

You have extensive experience in Data Engineering or Data Science:

• You can model, transform, and analyze data (Python, SQL, etc.)
• Experience with databases like MongoDB, ElasticSearch, PostgreSQL, etc.
• You've already built data pipelines and know ETL processes
• Experience with cloud deployments (e.g. DigitalOcean, AWS, GCP)
• You work structured, solution-oriented, and independently
• Software development is not required
• You speak fluent German & English
