Your tasks

• Hands-on data analysis & Data Science: You analyze our complex data and draw valuable insights using Data Mining, Clustering, Forecasting or Recommendation Classification. You ensure the correctness of our data in various systems.

• Data-driven decisions enable: You analyze our data, prepare the results clearly and lead concrete strategic measures from them. You work closely with Product Management, Community Management, and Executive Board – not in an ivory tower, but as a sparring partner on eye level. You link quantitative analyses with qualitative feedback from our community to enable informed decisions.

• Hands-on data analysis & Data Science: You work operationally with our complex data and draw valuable insights using Data Mining, Clustering, Forecasting or Recommendation Classification. You ensure the correctness of our data in various systems and establish best practices like Code Reviews and Documentation.

• Team leadership & data culture: Our Data Science department is evolving – and you shape it with. You take over the professional and perspective disciplinary leadership of a small team, foster the development of your colleagues, and build the department structurally further on. Together with the Executive Board, you define the long-term data strategy and establish a genuine data culture in the company.
