Aufgaben

• Development and implementation of Machine-Learning- and KI-solutions in the areas of Production, Logistics, Research & Development, and Robotics.
• Konzeption, Training, and Implementation of KI-Agents based on modern tools (e.g. Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, OpenAI APIs, Azure AI Services).
• Data organization, preparation, and modeling with methods of Statistics, Machine Learning, and Generative Models.
• Analysis and Interpretation of complex data patterns – Recognizing connections, trends, and optimization potential.
• Creation of Reports, Dashboards, and Presentations for visualizing analysis results.
• Participation in interdisciplinary industrial, research, and development projects.
• Development of technical concepts for industrial customers in the KI / Machine Learning area.
• Support in identifying and evaluating new KI-technologies as well as shaping innovative Prototypes and Proofs of Concept.

Qualifikation

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or comparable qualification, preferably with a Ph.D.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Data-Science-, Machine-Learning- or KI-projects.
• Experience in developing and integrating KI-Agent systems (e.g. with LLMs, RAG, Copilot Studio, LangChain, AI Foundry or similar frameworks).
• Knowledge in the field of Robotics, Automation, or Control Systems is advantageous.
• Excellent knowledge in Statistics, Data Analysis, and Programming (e.g. Python, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow).
• Experience in creating technical concepts and project proposals based on customer requirements.
• Analytical, conceptual, and solution-oriented thinking.
• Passion for new technological developments and high thirst for continuous further development.
• Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit.
• Bilingual German-English skills.
