Senior Data Scientist – Generative AI

PBT Group is seeking a Senior Data Scientist – Generative AI to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and machine learning solutions. This role requires a highly hands‑on technical specialist with deep expertise across Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science , capable of building production‑grade models that drive measurable business value. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping AI capabilities, developing scalable model architectures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows. Key responsibilities include: • Designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI and machine learning solutions using Generative AI techniques. • Collaborating with data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to develop and implement AI models that drive business value. • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, including Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision. • Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning research and applying this knowledge to improve AI capabilities. • Mentoring junior data scientists and engineers on AI and machine learning best practices and techniques. • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of data science and analytics, including data visualization, statistical modeling, and data mining. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows and drive business value. • Developing and implementing processes for monitoring and evaluating the performance of AI models. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in AI and machine learning. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field. • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Julia. • Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Strong understanding of data science and analytics concepts, including data visualization, statistical modeling, and data mining. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
