Senior Data Scientist (Experimentation)

Overview We’re evolving our experimentation platform that empowers product teams to make bold, data-driven decisions at scale. Senior Data Scientist (Experimentation) you will be a technical and strategic lead in how we design, analyze, and learn from experiments across the organization. You will own complex experimentation problems end-to-end: shaping hypotheses, defining success metrics, selecting and inventing methodologies, and translating results into clear strategic recommendations. Beyond this, you will also drive innovation by developing new tools and techniques to accelerate experimentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate experimentation insights into product development, and ensuring that our experimentation practices are scalable, repeatable, and reliable. This role requires a deep understanding of statistical modeling, data visualization, and machine learning, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills. If you have a passion for experimentation, a knack for storytelling with data, and the ability to drive impact through data-driven insights, we want to hear from you.
