About the project The project concerns the development of advanced Machine Learning models for the advertising area. The person in this position will be responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating scoring models (e.g., CTR, CVR, RoAS) which are a key element of bidding logic. The work includes building solutions that integrate user, product, and placement signals in a high-throughput, low-latency environment. The project is carried out in close cooperation with engineering and business teams, with an emphasis on production deployments and measurable business effects. Scope of responsibilities Designing, training, and optimizing ML/DL models for advertising and ranking systems. Development of scoring models (CTR, CVR, RoAS) and their integration with bidding logic. Building solutions utilizing user, product, and placement signals. Conducting experiments and evaluating models in a production environment. Collaborating with engineering and business teams to translate goals into ML solutions. Mentoring other Data Scientists and ensuring modeling standards. Tech stack Python (NumPy, Pandas). PyTorch / TensorFlow. SQL (BigQuery). Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Vertex AI, Vertex Pipelines. Docker. Deep Learning, A/B experiments, low-latency model development. Requirements Work permit in Poland. Many years of experience in building Deep Learning models for production environments. Very good knowledge of PyTorch or TensorFlow. Advanced knowledge of SQL in big data environments. Experience with GCP and ML services (Vertex AI, Vertex Pipelines). Ability to conduct an end-to-end modeling process (from problem to deployment). Solid engineering foundations and experience in writing production Python code. Mentoring experience and ability to raise team standards. Relevant education (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science) or equivalent experience.
