Location: Warsaw (hybrid work) Employment form: employment contract Work schedule: 3 days a week from the office For our Client – an international organization in the industrial-commercial sector – we are looking for a Senior Commercial Data Scientist on a newly created position in the Digital & Analytics area. The role arises due to the dynamic development of the company. The person holding this position will realistically influence commercial, pricing, and sales strategy decisions at an international scale. Scope of responsibilities: • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions; • Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and visualizations to support business objectives; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into product development, marketing, and sales strategies; • Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and measure the effectiveness of different approaches; • Provide data-driven recommendations to senior management and stakeholders; • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data science and analytics. Requirements: • Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field; • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL; • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js; • Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques; • Excellent communication and presentation skills; • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
