Senior Data Manager (Real Estate)

Our client is a well-established, purpose-driven organisation at the heart of Johannesburg's inner-city regeneration story. Founded in the mid-1990s to respond to growing urban housing pressures and the need for sustainable, affordable rental accommodation, the organisation has spent nearly three decades transforming underutilised city buildings into safe, well-managed homes and thriving communities. Today, it manages a substantial residential portfolio across the inner city, housing thousands of people in over 100 properties. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining this portfolio, ensuring that all data is accurate, up-to-date and easily accessible to stakeholders. This includes developing and implementing data management systems, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures, and providing training and support to colleagues on the use of these systems. You will also work closely with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the overall performance of our operations.
