Senior Data Engineer & Consultant (all genders) – Microsoft Fabric

As part of the teccle group, teccle wave stands for holistic cloud solutions and digital transformation in the German medium-sized sector. To strengthen our independent seven-person data team, we are looking for dedicated support as soon as possible.

What you will achieve with us

• Development and further development of modern Data & Analytics platforms based on Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Power BI to create sustainable added value for our clients

• Building scalable data architectures, data models, and data pipelines that enable efficient integration, preparation, and utilization of company data

• Responsibility for the technical conception and successful implementation of demanding customer projects – from analysis through workshops to quality assurance

• Ensuring high-performance reporting, BI, and self-service analytics solutions that support data-driven decisions at all levels

• Managing the collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to lead projects efficiently, transparently, and goal-orientedly to success

• Utilizing innovative technologies such as Azure AI and Microsoft Foundry to expand modern data platforms and AI-powered analytics solutions

• You bring several years of experience in the data, analytics, or cloud environment – ideally in consulting or customer-oriented project landscapes – and have in-depth know-how in Microsoft Fabric, Azure, OneLake, Data Lakes, and modern data architectures

• You develop, operate, and optimize scalable Cloud Data Platforms, ETL/ELT processes, and Data Pipelines with Microsoft Fabric, Python, SQL, as well as modern CI/CD and testing standards

• You have experience in Data Engineering, data modeling, solution architecture, and system integration; knowledge of Power BI, Spark/PySpark, Azure AI, AI Foundry, or complex SaaS integrations is an additional plus

• You work independently, structurally, and customer-orientedly, communicate confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and convince in the agile project environment with a professional demeanor

• You are interested in innovative technologies, modern AI and analytics solutions, as well as technical project responsibility; Microsoft certifications such as DP-600, DP-700, AZ-305, or AI-102 are welcome

• You communicate confidently in German and English – within the team, with clients, and in everyday life

• You live in Germany and are authorized to work here – this allows us to work together well and smoothly in everyday life
