Senior Data Engineer

About the Role We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and manage scalable data solutions that power business intelligence and analytics across the organization. You will work closely with business leaders and technical teams to transform data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable data pipelines and ETL processes Build and optimize data models and data architecture Integrate data from multiple sources (cloud and on-prem) Manage and enhance data quality and integrity Ensure data security and compliance with regulatory requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions Develop and maintain technical documentation for data engineering projects Key Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data architecture Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
