Senior Data Engineer BI & AI Consultant m/f/d

Introduction & Summary For a long-term project in the public sector, an experienced Data Engineer or BI and AI specialist is sought. The project environment includes modern Business Intelligence solutions, Data Warehouse systems, as well as innovative AI applications based on Machine Learning and Generative AI. You will support the further development of a central data and analysis platform and actively participate in the optimization of data-driven processes and modern container architectures. Key Responsibilities * Analysis, testing, and optimization of BI and Data Warehouse solutions * Development and customization of data integration and loading routines * Data engineering and data preparation for analysis and AI projects * Improvement of data quality and integration of new data sources * Support in the setup and operation of modern analysis environments * Contribution to container platforms based on Red Hat OpenShift * Support in the further development of data-driven risk and analysis models * Participation in projects related to Machine Learning and Generative AI Must-Have Requirements * At least 10 years of experience in the field of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing * At least 10 years of experience with SQL and PL/SQL * At least 10 years of experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) * At least 5 years of experience with Python * At least 5 years of experience with Red Hat OpenShift * At least 5 years of project experience in authorities or comparable public sector organizations * Extensive experience with Oracle databases (Oracle 19c) * Very good knowledge in Data Engineering and Data Integration * Very good German language skills (C1) * Resident in Germany Nice to Have * Experience with Oracle Analytics Server * Knowledge in Git * Experience with Visual Studio Code * Knowledge in Linux (SLES) If interested, we look forward to receiving your application.
