We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our growing Analytics and Reporting team. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our data infrastructure and pipelines to support our reporting and analytics needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data requirements, build scalable and efficient data solutions, and ensure data quality and integrity. Key Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and loading data from various sources. * Build and maintain data warehouses and data marts to support reporting and analytics needs. * Develop and implement ETL processes to ensure data quality and accuracy. * Collaborate with business users and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications. * Monitor and optimize data pipeline performance and troubleshoot any issues. * Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations. * Stay up-to-date with the latest data engineering technologies and best practices. * Mentor junior data engineers and provide technical guidance. Qualifications: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * 7+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on building and maintaining data pipelines and data warehouses. * Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server). * Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, and Hive. * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. * Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or Apache Airflow. * Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts. * Strong understanding of data quality and data governance principles. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
