Senior Data Consultant (M/F) - Permanent Contract - Paris

Main Responsibilities

Defining Strategy Around Data and AI

• Support the data transformation of our C-level clients in their various business areas: Executive Committee, marketing, digital, supply chain, operations, customer support, IT, etc.
• Demonstrate intellectual agility and rigor to lead projects of high strategic value for our clients, leveraging Artefact's expertise and offerings:
• Data and AI Strategy
• Business cases and valuation (topline, bottomline, CSR, …)
• Data Governance & Operating Model
• Scoping and deployment of Data and AI Use Cases
• Culture, Change Management & Adoption around Data and AI

Missions:

The Senior Data Consultant autonomously manages complete end-to-end projects. Located within client teams or in our offices, they are supervised by a manager (manager, director, partner) and are expected to mentor more junior consultants. 

The activities under their responsibility include:

Managing one or more streams

• Ensure mission delivery
• Identify blockers and propose solutions
• Manage projects (Note-taking, minutes, documentation, planning…)
• Provide constructive feedback to more junior team members

Producing mission deliverables

• Independently produce presentations (benchmarks, case studies, workshop decks, steering committee sections).
• Write storylines (key messages, content...)
• Design and deliver impactful slides
• Facilitate interviews and workshops.

Client Relationship Management

• Build trusting relationships with clients
• Demonstrate confidence in networking situations
• Identify potential business opportunities

Active Contribution to Artefact's Development

• Develop an offering, an Industry, a chapter, or a partnership with your school
• Participate in the recruitment process through candidate interviews
• Lead various training sessions to onboard new hires.

Internal Impact

• Support the referent in one or more expertise areas and develop them (Strategy, data governance, data marketing...): building new offerings, training consultants, marketing actions, developing partnerships, client pitches....
• Ensure the dissemination of knowledge from the Consulting department within the company.
• Participate in external events and create Artefact content
• Become an integral part of the recruitment process, help us recruit the next talents, and then coach and develop the skills of junior consultants.

Profile:

• You have 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a consulting firm,
• You have a dual 'business' and 'data' profile:
• You are curious and passionate about data-related topics and technological evolution.
• You have an analytical mindset and enjoy problem-solving.
• You have experience in client management, know how to identify commercial opportunities, and enjoy interactions.
• You demonstrate rigor and proactivity.
• You are proficient in: Google Suite/Office Suite, workshop tools.
• Excellent communication (written/oral) in French and English is mandatory.
