Senior Data Consultant

Job Presentation:

We are looking for a Senior Data Consultant to support the Data & AI transformation of our C-Level clients (COMEX, marketing, digital, supply chain, operations, customer support, IT...). The consultant will independently lead complete end-to-end projects, supervised by a superior (manager, director, partner), and will mentor junior consultants.

Missions:

• Lead one or more streams: guarantee delivery, identify blocking points, propose solutions, ensure project management (documentation, planning, minutes)
• Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior team members
• Independently produce mission deliverables: presentations, benchmarks, case studies, workshop decks, steerco sections
• Write storylines and design impactful slides
• Lead client interviews and workshops
• Build trusting relationships with clients and identify business opportunities
• Contribute to Artefact's development: developing an offering, an industry, a chapter, or a school partnership; participation in the recruitment and training of new hires
• Support and develop one or more internal expertise areas (strategy, data governance, data marketing...) through offering development, training, or marketing actions

Profile Sought:

• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a consulting firm
• Dual "business" and "data" profile: curious, passionate about data and technological evolutions
• Analytical mindset, enjoyment of problem-solving
• Experience in client management and identification of commercial opportunities
• Proficiency in the Google Suite/Office Pack and workshop tools; excellent communication in French and English (written/oral)

Compensation: €53,000 to €63,000 gross annual (fixed) + up to €5,000 variable depending on experience and seniority
